I've spent over two decades studying how complex systems — businesses, institutions, regions — actually make decisions, as distinct from the decisions they say they're making. That gap, between story and structure, is where I work.

My path here wasn't linear. I've worked directly with early-stage founders, translating ambition into executable strategy. I'm also drawn to a larger scale of the same problem — how regions position infrastructure, industry, and economic development around their actual structural strengths rather than fragmented competition — and I bring that same structural lens to that work independently.

What connects the range isn't client size. It's the skill: identifying the structural cause underneath a visible symptom, at whatever altitude the problem lives — a single founder's misallocated time, or a region's misaligned infrastructure investment.

 

I bring that same structural clarity to every engagement, whether the room is one person or a room full of stakeholders who've never agreed on the actual problem.
