     The story of how I came to be here started long before I even knew what 'here' looked like. Like many people in the business world, I spent years searching and learning, but I now understand that through all of it, I’ve been honing a skill in navigating complex change and building enduring momentum—a skill that allows me to be a powerful resource to others. Throughout my professional career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of companies. I’ve traveled the country, working with everyone from agile startups I helped transition from concept to market reality, to Fortune 100 corporations where my projects positively impacted the communities they serve.

     Let me be completely honest: This journey has been far from easy. For years, I knew the feeling of striving, of pouring everything I had into a goal, only to see no tangible change. It is challenging to stay motivated when hope is your only fuel. And it becomes tremendously more difficult when you are weighed down by the urgent responsibilities of life—paying bills, meeting obligations, and just trying to stay afloat.

     Despite those obstacles, that dream never died. Yet, when I looked for the light at the end of my own tunnel, I couldn't find it. I had to look somewhere else.

     But a good friend gave me the revelation: When I couldn’t see my own light, I could still see others. What’s inside of us isn’t always meant for us; it’s meant for others. That reality—that helping you achieve your goals inherently helps me achieve mine—became my driving force.
